Tour of the facilities

If this is the first time you are planning on using Willow Tree Cat Hotel, by prior arrangement we will happily offer you a tour of the facilities. We believe it is important to give owners complete peace of mind before going away and this is an ideal time to discuss ways of tailoring our guests holiday with us.

Guest introduction

We will discuss any dietary requirements, medication details, our guests particular likes and dislikes along with any other information you would like to share in order to make their stay with us a fabulous one.
