Suites

Willow tree Cat Hotel has been constructed to the highest industry standards, following International Cat Care guidelines
[formerly known as the Feline Advisory Bureau (FAB)].

Separated by a central garden courtyard, the hotel has two linked wings each accommodating 9 family suites. One wing is equipped with a customer reception and office, the other a kitchen and storage area. 

Careful thought has been given to the composition of the hotel with 4 suites having been designed for families of up to 2 (with a floor area in excess of 40 square feet) and 14 suites designed for families of up to 4 (with a floor area in excess of 50 square feet).
In order to cater for large families and long term guests, we have installed interconnecting cat flaps between a number of the suites, each with a total floor area in excess of 90 square feet. This configuration enables up to 6 cats from the same family to be accommodated together.

Ultra hygienic, ProClad Premium Grade Class 1 Fire rated (BS 476) 
 uPVC wall panelling from IPSL has been installed in the suites.
Each suite comprises a large bedroom and a light, spacious exercise area which looks out over the central garden courtyard.
​When the weather permits, large fold down windows in the secure passageways allow a semi-outdoor experience for our guests to enjoy.

The bedrooms are fully thermally insulated and fitted with individual radiators heated from an externally sited, oil powered central heating boiler.

A double glazed uPVC door unit fitted with a 'Staywell' cat flap separates each bedroom and exercise area. Our guests can view their exercise area from the comfort of their full length sleeping shelf which is furnished with fleecy 'Vet Bedding', 'Teddy Bear' blankets, cushions and soft toys.

In the exercise areas, opaque UV resistant GRP roofing and polycarbonate windows maximise the use of natural light whilst offering protection in the summer months for our guests.

All the exercise areas are equipped with a cat tree, scratch mat, a variety of toys and a large sun shelf that overlooks the central garden courtyard separating the two wings of the hotel.

In normal operation, access to the accommodations secure passageways is only possible from either the reception or kitchen area. These doors are fitted with lockable, self closing devices, ensuring they are kept closed at all times.

Outside of normal operation and as a safety feature, 2 internally controlled self closing doors have been installed at the end of each secure service passageway.

Luxury bedding, cushions and soft toys are provided in each bedroom, however guests are welcome to bring along any of their favourite personal items from home.
