Online Booking

 

​Please take advantage of our online booking facility. We will make every effort to ensure bookings are  confirmed, by either the email or contact number provided, within 24 hours of placement.
If you have made a booking via our 'Online Booking' form and have not received a confirmation email by return within 48 hours, please check in your email accounts 'Spam' folder to see if it has been misplaced there.

  • Please note that all guests must be fully vaccinated against the  core infections detailed below at least 14 days prior to their arrival and must be accompanied by a current vaccination certificate that remains valid for their period of stay at the hotel
             - Feline panleucopenia virus (or infectious enteritis) - [FPV / FIE]
             - Feline calicivirus (cat flu) - [FCV]
             - Feline herpes virus (cat flu) - [FHV-1]


  • Please note that the minimum booking tariff we can accept during our peak periods is for 3 nights accommodation
 
  • Peak periods are May through to October, Christmas, New Year and annual Bank Holidays
 
  • Please note that the minimum booking tariff we can accept outside of the peak periods is for 2 nights accommodation

Standard check in and departure hours

Our opening hours for guest arrivals and departures are as published below . Please note prior to booking, that we must insist on these hours being adhered to as we have our other guests interests to consider and we cannot disrupt their daily routines.
Please enter your required times in the appropriate field when completing the online booking form in order for us to be able allocate time with you and our guest on the day of their arrival and departure.

​​We look forward to welcoming guests for their Christmas and New Year holidays at the hotel and politely recommend bookings are made well in advance, as we are extremely busy over this time.

                                                                             Terms & Conditions Of Boarding
  • Unless by prior arrangement, the published opening hours will be adhered to for all guest arrivals and departures.  
  • If a booking is covered through holiday / travel insurance and subsequently cancelled, the total fee will be charged.
  • If a booking is altered with less than 15 days notice prior to the date of arrival, the original booking fee will apply.
  • If a booking is cancelled with less than 15 days notice prior to the date of arrival, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged.
  • In the event of an owner returning to collect a guest before the end of their booking, the full stay will be charged.
  • If bookings over bank holiday periods are cancelled or altered, the total fee will be charged.
  • ​Payment is by cheque or cash on collection. BACS transfers are acceptable by prior arrangement.  
  • All guests must be fully vaccinated against Cat Flu (FCV / FHV-1) and Feline Infectious Enteritis (FPV / FIE) at least 14 days prior to their stay and no guest will be admitted without production of an up to date vaccination certificate that remains valid for their period of stay at the Hotel. Please note prior to booking , there are no exceptions to this condition.
  • To prevent infestation within the Hotel's environment, we request that our guests have been treated for fleas and worms prior to boarding. Over the counter products such as Effipro Flea Treatment and Drontal tablets for worms are recommended as they will offer protection for 6 weeks and minimise the chance of any adverse reactions post treatment.
  • Male guests over the age of 7 months must be neutered.
  • For safety reasons, please ensure that any collars are removed before arriving at the Hotel. 
  • If a guest requires veterinary treatment during their stay, we will contact their nominated vet where provided. In the absence of a nominated vet, we will contact the Hotel's appointed veterinary surgeon at Green Hollow Veterinary Practice, Ruyton XI Towns. 
  • We respectfully ask that all balances of accounts are settled at the time of collection, or in the event of long term boarding one month in advance of every 28 days.
  • Tariff adjustments are published at the beginning of September each year and following publication are applicable to all bookings placed for the following calendar year.
